Who we are and what this policy covers
Superior Longview Concrete and Masonry is a masonry and concrete contractor based in Longview, TX. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website, what we do with it, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do about it.
It applies to every page of our site, starting with our home page, and to the information you send us through the site, by phone or by email. If you'd like to know more about the business behind the site, our about page has that.
Information you give us
When you ask for an estimate or send a question through our contact form, we collect what you type in. That's usually your name, phone number, email address, the address of the property where the work would be done, and a description of the job.
Our contact form is hosted by an outside form service, so what you enter passes through that service before it reaches us. That service handles your information under its own privacy terms.
If you call us or email us instead, we keep the details you share so we can answer you and follow up on the job.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours may collect some basic information on its own when you visit. This can include your browser type, device type, general location based on your IP address, the pages you look at, how long you stay and the site that sent you to us.
We may use cookies, which are small files your browser stores, and analytics tools to gather this. We use it to see which pages people find useful and which ones need work, not to identify you personally.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work if you do.
How we use your information
We use what you send us to reply to you, schedule an estimate, plan and carry out your job, send invoices and keep records of the work we've done.
We use the automatic information to keep the site running, fix problems and improve the pages. We don't use your information for anything unrelated to our work for you or to running our website.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't rent it or trade it to anyone for their marketing.
We share it only when we have to, with the services that help us run the business, such as our form provider, website host and analytics tools, and only so they can do that work for us. We may also share information if the law requires it or to protect our rights, our crew or our customers.
How long we keep it
We keep your contact details and job information for as long as we need them to answer you, finish your job and handle any follow-up or warranty questions, and for as long as we need to keep business and tax records.
When we no longer need it, we delete it or make sure it can't be tied back to you. Analytics information is kept in summary form and isn't used to identify you.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it's wrong, or ask us to delete it. We'll do that unless we have to keep something for legal or business records, and if so, we'll tell you what and why.
If we ever send you messages you don't want, tell us and we'll stop. Depending on the state you live in, you may have other rights under state privacy law, and we'll honor any request that applies to you.
How we protect it
We take reasonable steps to keep your information safe, and only people who need it to do their work can see it.
No website, email or online form is completely secure, so please don't send payment card numbers or other sensitive details through our contact form.
Children's privacy
Our site is meant for adults arranging work on their property. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13, and if we learn we have, we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our site or the services we use change. When we do, we'll post the new version on this page, and it takes effect as soon as it's posted.
How to raise a privacy question or concern
If you have a question about your information, want to make a request, or think we've handled something the wrong way, reach out through our contact page or call us at (903) 309-1954.
Tell us what you'd like us to do, and we'll respond within 1 business day and work it out with you.
