Accepting these terms

These terms cover your use of the Superior Longview Concrete and Masonry website and any estimate, scheduling or work you arrange with us through it. By using the site, calling us or sending our contact form, you agree to these terms, so please read them before you do.

If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site. You can still call us at (903) 309-1954 with any question about how we work.

What we do

Superior Longview Concrete and Masonry is a masonry contractor in Longview, TX. We do brick, block, stone and concrete work for homes in Longview and the cities around it, and you can see the full list from our home page.

The service descriptions on this site explain our work in general terms. What we'll actually do on your property is set by your written estimate or contract, not by the website.

Estimates and pricing

Our estimates are free and given in person, because we need to see the wall, chimney, foundation or slab before we can price it fairly. Asking for an estimate doesn't commit you to anything.

An estimate is our price for the work it describes, based on what we can see at the time. Masonry often hides problems such as rotted backing, loose brick or soft soil until the old material comes out, so if we find something that changes the scope or the price, we'll stop, show you and get your approval in writing before we go on.

Prices on an estimate hold for the period written on it. After that, material costs may have changed and we may need to update it.

Scheduling, weather and cancellation

We'll agree on a start date with you, but it's a target, not a promise. Rain, freezing temperatures and extreme heat affect how mortar and concrete set, so we'll move a work day rather than lay brick or pour in conditions that would weaken the job.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please tell us as early as you can by phone or through our contact page. If materials were ordered for your job or work has started, you're responsible for those costs and for work completed, as your estimate or contract describes.

Payment

Any deposit, the payment schedule and the payment methods we accept are written in your estimate or contract. Payment is due on the dates that document sets.

If a payment is late, we may pause work until the account is current. You stay responsible for the amount owed, plus reasonable costs of collecting it where Texas law allows.

Warranties and website information

Any warranty or guarantee on our work is the one written in your estimate or contract, and it covers only the work we did. It doesn't cover damage from settling of the ground, storms, flooding, misuse, or changes and repairs made by someone else.

The articles, photos and descriptions on this site are general information, offered as is. They aren't advice for your particular house, and we don't promise they're complete or free of errors, so talk with us before acting on anything you read here.

Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent Texas law allows, Superior Longview Concrete and Masonry isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using this website or from relying on its content. That includes lost time, lost income or lost data.

For work we perform, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for that job, unless your contract or the law says otherwise. Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

Resolving disputes

If something about our work or our billing doesn't sit right with you, call us first. Most problems get settled quickly once we're standing in front of the work together, and we'd rather fix it than argue about it.

If we can't settle it that way, either of us may take the matter to a court with jurisdiction in Texas. Your written contract may set a different process, and if it does, the contract controls.

Texas law applies

These terms, your use of this site and any work we do for you are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to rules that would apply another state's laws.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, and the version posted on this page is the one that applies. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.

A change to these terms doesn't rewrite an estimate or contract you've already signed. That document still controls the job it covers.

Questions about these terms

You can learn more about who we are on our about page. For questions about these terms or a job, call us at (903) 309-1954 or reach us through our contact page, and we respond within 1 business day.
